By creating a Dowsa account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dowsa. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Orders & Payments
Prices, availability, and delivery times are shown at checkout and may change. Payment is collected at the time of order via the methods supported in your region.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel an order before the store accepts it. After acceptance, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and may take 3–7 business days.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service — including but not limited to fraudulent orders, abuse of delivery staff, or circumventing security features. Violations may result in account suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dowsa is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dowsa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
